How to Add an Issue

To add an issue, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the GitHub repository where you want to add an issue.
2. Click on the 'Issues' tab.
3. Click on 'New Issue'.
4. Fill in the title and description of the issue.
5. Tag the issue with 'ezissue'.
6. Submit the issue.
